- Refer a qualified candidate to us. If he/she gets hired, you receive Php1,000 in cash.
- Referred candidate/s must provide your following details:
- COMPLETE NAME
- COMPLETE ADDRESS
- EMAIL ADDRESS (if any)
- CONTACT NUMBER
- We will send the cash within 30 days from candidate’s employment.
- No limit to the number of referrals.
- Referred candidates must be hired for at least a 6-month contract.
- Regular employees of RBCSI are not eligible.
Cash will be sent thru Palawan Express Padala or other remittance center
